Information Collection

Pure Glow Guide does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the app. No account or registration is required.

If network connectivity is used, ordinary technical protocol information may be transmitted as necessary to establish that connection. M&S Normtec does not retain this information for tracking or profiling.

Location Data

Pure Glow Guide does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

Because Pure Glow Guide does not collect personal information during normal use, M&S Normtec does not sell or share app-user personal data with third parties.

Data Retention

Information that you voluntarily send to M&S Normtec outside the app—for example, by emailing support—is separate from normal app usage and may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or meet applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Uninstalling Pure Glow Guide removes the application from your device. If you have voluntarily sent personal information to M&S Normtec by email or another direct communication channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@msnormtec.store, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.

Children's Privacy

Pure Glow Guide is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. M&S Normtec does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal use of the app.

Security

Because Pure Glow Guide does not collect personal data during normal use, exposure of app-user personal data held by us is minimized. For information voluntarily provided directly to M&S Normtec, we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be published with its effective date so you can review any changes.
